How will I know if the pool is closed due to weather?

The quickest and easiest way to know any changes to the daily schedule is to check our Instagram or Facebook. (Google and the website do not always update quickly)

Are minors allowed in without an adult?

-Walk-ins under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by an adult 18+ at all times. -All child passes MUST be connected to a passholder 18 or older. Season Pass-Holders aged 12-17 may use the facility unaccompanied after successful completion of the swim test.

What are the benefits of purchasing a season pass?

-Pay one time for the season, and save money after just a few visits -Priority over walk-ins in line -Minors will be permitted on site without an adult after passing the swim test and emergency info paperwork (All child passes MUST be connected to a passholder 18 or older) -Admission to the pool after gates close to the public for special events -Discounts for SwimAmerica lessons and swim team membership -Access to guest pass discounts -& more

Can I bring food into the pool?

Outside food is permitted, but alcohol and glass of any kind is strictly prohibited.

What are your hours?

In season, open to the public 12 noon to 8 pm, 7 days a week (weather permitting)

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds for any reason.
